Louisville Aids Walk & Pet Walk, October 6, Big Four Lawn

Kentucky’s largest annual HIV/AIDS awareness and fundraising event, the Louisville Aids Walk & Pet Walk brings residents together in remembrance, celebration and hope. The walk includes entertainment, food, beverages, special guests and a PetZone and KidZone. Learn more.

 

Fall Family Festival, October 7, Home of the Innocents

Help enrich the lives of children and families with hope, health and happiness by attending this event! Admission is free with a personal care item or cash donation. Enjoy prize wheel booths, games, bounce houses, hay rides, and pumpkin painting. Learn more.

 

2ndAnnual Craft Beer Throwdown, October 11, Louisville Water Tower Park

Six local craft breweries will have several of their regular offerings on tap, and some new brew samples as well. Enjoy a beverage sample, food trucks, and a silent auction. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Coalition of the Homeless in Louisville.

 

Jack O’ Lantern Spectacular, October 9- November 4, Iroquois Park

Walk a ¼ mile trail illuminated by 5,000 carved pumpkins with over 100 pumpkins carved into veritable works of art. Proceeds benefit the Louisville Parks Foundation.

 

Chitwoodstock, October 13, American Turners Club of Louisville

This event features a food truck village, refreshments, circus displays, and some of the most talented bands and musicians in Louisville. All proceeds and donations benefit the Chitwood Foundation.

 

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, October 27, Waterfront Park

Raise awareness and funds to save lives from breast cancer by participating in this noncompetitive 3-5 mile walk. Visit their website to register a team, sign up to walk, volunteer, or raise funds for this important cause.  

 

Keith Urban Graffiti U Tour With Kelsea Ballerini, October 29, KFC Yum! Center

Keith Urban will be performing songs from his new Graffiti U album, RIPCORD and many more. Kelsea Ballerini will get the party started and warm up the crowd for a great show. Buy tickets here.
